Ny musikvideo ute!💕

Har jag sagt att jag gillar landet?! Antagligen precis som Shania Twain…? Senaste tidens nöje blev en egen tolkning av Shania Twains ”You’re still the one” - en hälsning från landet kan man säga💕

Det här är en kärlekslåt jag sjungit genom åren och som vanligt går alla covers igenom mitt egna ”filter” och ut på andra sidan kommer min egna tolkning. Vet inte varför den dök upp i mitt sinne nu igen men följde guidningen. Förutom gitarr, sång, stämsång, shaker så spelade jag även in en egen variant på ett solo. Och med videon och uttrycket kände jag att jag ville göra nåt romantiskt av det hela...💕

Det här är en klassiker skriven av Shania Twain och Robert John Lange och gavs ut 1997. Det sjungs ganska stora ord i texten och det var så fint att få uttrycka den här känslan, dessutom i den här miljön! Det var skinande sol, varmt och ja det här är en liknande miljö som jag kommer ha mina trädgårdskonserter i som ni inte får missa! Den är faktiskt inspelad i Hällberga, Eskilstuna, i närheten där jag bor och där konserterna kommer hållas (se info nedan!). 

Jag såg att det gick några hästar i hagen bredvid och var såå nära att gå in där i hagen och agera med dem i videon, det hade ju passat in perfekt. Känner mig väldigt hemma bland halm, lador, hästar och sånt. Inte direkt för att man går klädd så här vanligtvis haha, som ni ser så byttes bl.a. gummistövlarna ut mot högklackat… Gillar dock kontrasten! Jag lyckades också sy den klänning ni ser i videon. En klänning jag började sy förra året men som legat längst in i garderoben och som jag, från ingenstans, kände att jag skulle sy klart och använda. Känns alltid som ett mirakel när man lyckas få ihop det måste jag säga:)

Jag hoppas att ni kan känna passionen och värmen jag ville förmedla i videon! Och så hoppas jag så klart att ni kommer på mina två trädgårdskonserter nu i sommar 11 juli och 15 Augusti när jag öppnar upp portarna till min trädgård här på landet och spelar med mitt proffsiga band!🌺✨  Ni är såå välkomna!!😀🎶

Have I mentioned I like the country side?! Probably just like Shania Twain…? The most recent fun was a personal interpretation of Shania Twain's "You're still the one" - a greeting from the country side, you could say💕

This is a love song I have sung over the years and as usual all covers go through my own "filter" and out the other side comes my own interpretation. Don't know why the song popped into my mind this time but I just followed the guidance. In addition to guitar, vocals, harmonies, shaker, it was also fun to record my own version of a solo. And with the video and the expression, I felt like I wanted to make something romantic of it all...💕

This song is written by Shania Twain and Robert John Lange and was published in 1997. There are some pretty big words sung in the lyrics here and it was so nice to be able to express those feeling, and in this setting! It was sunny, warm and yes this is a similar environment that I will have my garden concerts in which you must not miss! It is actually recorded in Hällberga, Eskilstuna, near where I live and where the concerts will be held (see info on the website below!).

I saw that there were some horses walking in the pasture next to the place and was so close to asking if I could act with them in the video, it would have fit in perfectly. I feel very much at home among straw, barns, horses and the like. Not directly because you usually go dressed like this haha, as you can see, i.a. changed the rubber boots against high heels... I like the contrast though! I also managed to sew the dress you see in the video. A dress I started sewing last year but which was lying in the back of the closet and which I, out of nowhere, felt that I should finish sewing and use. 

I hope you can feel the passion and warmth I wanted to convey in the video! And of course I hope you will come to my two garden concerts this summer, July 11 and August 15, when I open the gates to my garden here on the country side and play with my professional band!🌺✨
